1. Adults only
Every participant and fictional character must be an unambiguously adult person. Do not request, describe, upload, imply, or sexualise minors, age-ambiguous people, youth-coded people, or school-age framing. Attempts to evade this rule are prohibited.
2. Consent and capacity
Do not use the service for rape, non-consensual sexual activity, abduction, forced confinement, trafficking, exploitation, hidden recording, or sexual activity involving a sleeping, unconscious, incapacitated, drugged, intoxicated, or hypnotised person. Fiction does not create real-world consent. Stop, pause, slower, uncertainty, and withdrawal must be respected immediately.
3. Prohibited adult-content categories
Do not request or create incest, bestiality, snuff, extreme violence, mutilation, scat, watersports, sexual body-waste content, prostitution or escorting, or polygamy. Do not use AFT3R DARK to facilitate unlawful sexual services or exploitation.
4. Real people and third-party rights
Do not create deepfakes, lookalikes, impersonations, or material presented as a real person. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. The current public release does not accept photograph uploads or reproduce a user’s likeness.
5. Other prohibited use
Do not use the service for hate speech, harassment, threats, gambling, unlawful material, security attacks, or purported medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not submit another person’s intimate information without authority and any required knowledge or consent.
6. AI output and reporting
Anastasia, fictional characters, lessons, scenario dialogue, and Polaroids are AI-generated or AI-directed. AI can be wrong or unexpected. If output appears prohibited, harmful, or privacy-invasive, use the report control in its conversation or contact privacy@aft3rdark.com. Reporting does not replace contacting emergency services where someone is in immediate danger.
7. Enforcement
Rumble Fish Production Inc. may investigate reports, preserve restricted compliance records, remove access, suspend or close accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people, or comply with law. Decisions may consider context and applicable legal obligations.
