1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use an adult service where you live. Use your own account, provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not give access to a minor. AFT3R DARK may suspend access for safety, unlawful use, a material breach, or service protection.
2. AI fiction and real consent
Anastasia and scenario characters are AI-generated. Output can be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected and is not medical, legal, psychological, or relationship advice. Fantasy is never real-world consent. Real consent must be informed, voluntary, specific, current, and reversible. Pause, stop, and changed boundaries must be respected immediately.
3. Prohibited use
Do not use AFT3R DARK for minors, age-ambiguous persons, or youth-coded sexual material; deepfakes, lookalikes, real-person impersonation, or infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; rape, non-consensual activity, abduction, forced confinement, sleeping, unconscious or incapacitated sexual activity, or sexual activity under drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis; exploitation, trafficking, prostitution or escorting; incest; bestiality; snuff; extreme violence or mutilation; scat, watersports, or sexual body-waste content; polygamy; hate speech; gambling; unlawful material; hidden recording; harassment; threats; purported medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice; attempts to expose a partner’s private disclosures; security attacks; or another person’s intimate information without authority and any required knowledge or consent.
These restrictions apply to prompts, generated text, profile material, public descriptions, and marketing. The AI Acceptable Use and Content Safety Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
4. Your material
You retain rights in text and other material you lawfully provide. You grant Rumble Fish Production Inc. the limited permission needed to store, transform, and send it to disclosed providers solely to operate requested AFT3R DARK features. You must have the right to submit it. The current public release accepts text input and may generate non-explicit Polaroids of original fictional adults. It does not accept photograph uploads or reproduce a user’s likeness.
5. Persistence, privacy, and closure
Messages and generated responses are persistent because memory and continuity are core features. Privacy handling is explained in the Privacy Notice. You may close the account and withdraw special-category consent in Settings. Live account data is then erased through the protected erasure flow.
6. Availability
The service is under controlled release. Features may change, providers may be unavailable, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. AFT3R DARK will use reasonable care, preserve stored messages during recoverable model failures, and provide truthful degraded-state notices.
7. Future subscription
The intended plan is US$29.99 per month and will renew automatically each month until cancelled. A payment processing service has not yet been selected or activated. Checkout is disabled and no charge can currently be created. Before launch, the approved provider’s identity, price, renewal frequency, applicable taxes, cancellation and refund conditions, failed-payment treatment, access consequences, billing descriptor, and support information will be presented before purchase on a non-sexual, non-nude payment page. 8. Governing terms
Mandatory consumer protections of your country remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, where legally permitted. Contact privacy@aft3rdark.com before escalation so Rumble Fish Production Inc. can try to resolve the issue. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
